A contingent of hardy CAVAC members and family participated in the 2012 East Syracuse Fire Department Burn Run on Veteran’s Day , Sunday 11 November. CAVAC’s Charlie Davis dominated the Cazenovia contingent, finishing second in his age group to win an award. Congratulations, Charlie! Other CAVAC members alternately survived or thrived on the competition.
Proceeds from the race benefit the Clark Burn Center at Upstate Hospital
CAVAC’s newest rig (814) was reported on the scene to transport some participants.
