Frequently Asked Vendor Questions (FAQs)

What is your fee for a site?

A single 15’x15′ site for 2019 is $120 until 12/31/18 and then will be raised to $150 until March 31, 2019. All applications received after March 31 will be subject to a $25 late fee. Full details are in our brochure (here).

Do you have sites with electric hook-up?

Our electric sites are limited and are filled on a discretionary basis by the Arts and Crafts Fair Committee.  Applications for electric sites will be considered in the order they are received.

Are there accommodations for overnight parking of RV’s or trailers?

There are NO facilities on site available for overnight parking of RV’s or trailers.

Is this a juried show?

Not at this time – a juried show will be considered for the future.

Do you have a site map?

Yes. It is linked from several Vendor pages, and also here -> Craft Fair Site Map (PDF)

How are vendors selected for the show?

A combination of the following:

completed application with payment received

type and quality of arts and crafts

verification of the handmade nature of the arts and crafts

mix of arts and crafts types (for example, we often find we need to limit the number of jewelers to maintain a diversified show)
Do you accept vendors that are not arts or crafts?

The Craft Fair Committee reviews booth requests for non-craft vendors on an individual basis when booth space availability  allows.

Is there a rate for single-day participation?

Absolutely not. Vendors must participate in both days of the fair. Violators will be prohibited from future participation.

The application deadline has passed. Will you accept my application?

Applications will close by June 1, 2019
